★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It’s an old and well know Mexican Bakery and pastry. I would say the bread is no longer good, it used to be. The size of the bread is smaller now too.
The service is good and you can drink your coffee and eat there. But I wouldn’t recommend this place for bread.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place.Very dishonest people!!! They will scam you if you don't speak Spanish. They claimed my credit card payment did not go through and demanding cash payment, however it is a lie and the purchase clearly hit my credit card.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best pastries in CDMX, so far! Excellent quality in fresh pastries. The coffee and pastry shop was established in 1884. This location is in Roma Norte. Clean area and very friendly staff. Great variety of pastries and breads. Coffee was delicious, hot and strong. Wifi and clean bathrooms. The tables are large enough to work for a while.
I am looking forward to the new location on Reforma.
