★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio ésta vez, preguntaba por unos cupcakes, solo quería saber si tenían nueces o almendras pues mi hija es alérgica y se molestó y contestó de mala gana, tuve que decir 3 veces "buenas tardes" para que la señora me contestara. Es una lástima porque los productos son buenos, pero el servicio horrible, terrible y más aún pues fui por postres para el cumple de mi hija
 Terrible service this time, I was asking for some cupcakes, I just wanted to know if they had nuts or almonds because my daughter is allergic and she got upset and answered reluctantly, I had to say 3 times "good afternoon" for the lady to answer me. It's a shame because the products are good, but the service is horrible, terrible and even more so because I went for desserts for my daughter's birthday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pus fui a comprar un pan de muertos familiar, le pregunté al cajero de cuando era , me dijo "es del turno de la madrugada y lo adornamos en la mañana" pero la verdad es que está bien seco y viejo, que decepción la verdad. La culpa es mía por creerle al señor y no ver la fecha de caducidad que era de hace dos días, pero igual que mala onda el señor por mentir.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Van 3 veces que voy y no hay tiramisú...es inaceptable que una repostería de esta calidad, este pasando por está mala racha de mal servicio al cliente....
I've been there 3 times and there's no tiramisu... it's unacceptable that a bakery of this quality is going through this bad streak of bad customer service....

La peor panadería de esta marca, me hicieron el cargo pero no me dieron los panes, ademas no dio solución inmediata a su error.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tienen una pésima atención al cliente, le preguntas algo a las empleadas y te contestan muy mal y el pan me ha decepcionado mucho no lo hacen como el globo de la CDMX, en este mes he ido varias veces y no encontrado las típicas banderillas del globo cuando es uno de los panes que más busca la gente y el pan que encuentras no se siente fresco o del día.
Que lástima que estén bajando la calidad y no se preocupen por sus clientes.
Ojalá mejoren.
They have terrible customer service, you ask the employees something and they answer you very badly and the bread has disappointed me a lot, they do not make it like the CDMX balloon, this month I have gone several times and I have not found the typical balloon banderillas when it is one of the breads that people look for the most and the bread you find does not feel fresh or of the day.
Too bad they're lowering the quality and don't care about their customers.
I hope they improve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bread here is so dilicious. And it's great to know that veracruz has some reliable bread shops like this. I am a constant El Globo customer back in CDMX. And it makes the trip here much better to have El Globo bread for breakfast. I love this place.
