★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Terrible servicio, pedí dos frapes uno de moka y el otro de chocolate. Y fueron nefastos, no le pusieron crema batida que porque no tenían cuando pregunte antes de pagar y además sabían igual, ni siquiera le molieron bien los hielos. Nefasto.
 Terrible service, I ordered two frapes one of mocha and the other of chocolate. And they were disastrous, they did not put whipped cream that because they did not have when you ask before paying and also they tasted the same, they did not even grind the ice well. Disastrous.

TE CHECAN TEMPERATURA, HAY GEL ANTIBACTERIAL Y LOS PRODUCTOS LOS TIENEN ENVASADOS O CUBIERTOS. EL PERSONAL MUY AMABLE. AUNQUE LOS PRODUCTOS PARA MÍ, QUE BAJARON SU CALIDAD Y AUMENTARON MUCHO LOS PRECIOS.
I LIKED THAT THEY ARE BAKING RIGHT NOW, BUT THEY DIDN'T HAVE WALNUT MUFFINS BECAUSE THEY DIDN'T PROVIDE THE RAW MATERIAL. THEY CHECK YOUR TEMPERATURE, THERE IS ANTIBACTERIAL GEL AND THE PRODUCTS ARE PACKAGED OR COVERED. VERY FRIENDLY STAFF. ALTHOUGH THE PRODUCTS FOR ME, WHICH LOWERED THEIR QUALITY AND INCREASED THE PRICES A LOT.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Personal grosero y flojo. 8:00 pm y el servicio de mesas para café ya no lo tiene cuando el negocio cierra 9:30 pm. Una pena, el globo es una buena opción cuando de repostería se trata, pero el personal se encarga de quitarle el encanto.
