R	Ricky Dominguez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mala experiencia, sin duda uno de los iconos de la comida típica en progreso Yucatán en los años de los 80's fue el gran centenario, el tiempo ha pasado y el fundador falleció dejando un restaurante avejentado y con un mal control sobre los procesos de producción y servicio al cliente, no vale la pena esperar más de 30 minutos por un salbut o panuchos frío, esto en la sucursal de el parque Morelos. Dos empanadas y una telera mal servidas y presentadas dejan ver la falta de interés del propietario de brindar un mejor servicio o producto de calidad ( por el tiempo de espera a los clientes que por costumbre siguen acudiendo a lo que fuera una vez el gran centenario (Sucursal Morelos) la matriz podría ser otra historia pero habrá que comprobar.
