★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Medium-sized cafe with a bicycle-themed ambiance. Upper level seating available. Excellent service but coffee beans are from Puebla or a mix of different sources, creating sour tasting coffee. Minus 2 stars for spotty WiFi on ground floor and not using Veracruz or Chiapas beans.
Try Cafe Tal one block away if coffee is your main desire. (March 2019)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wish I had discovered this gem sooner. Tucked away in the far East end of Guanajuato in the beautiful Presa de la Olla is this chic and modern spot. The food is delicious and staff is very attentive. Rooftop terrace views are shaded nicely with the views of the Parque Florencio Antillon. Definitely a must when visiting!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If I could give 6 stars I would. This is easily the best cafe in Guanajuato. The espresso is the best flavor I've had in Mexico. The environment is great. They have a rooftop. The staff is friendly. And the food was delicious.
