★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Le falta sazón al consomé para el precio que tiene, aparte indicas cómo quieres las cosas y te las llevan cómo ellos quieren... el pulque es demasiado dulce :(

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El que no conoce a Dios a cualquier santo le reza, y es lo que veo en la mayoría de las opiniones sobre este restaurante.
Teniendo como referencia la barbacoa de Santiago, a la de este lugar no se le puede llamar barbacoa, ya que es insípida y dura. La carne que me sirvieron no parece de borrego o de chivo, por su consistencia y sabor.
A mi me gusta pedir falda, por la grasa que tiene y su sabor no correspo de a la de la carne de borrego. El consome es un caldo turbio atascado de carne picada toda reseca e insípida, parece que es la carne que se les rezaga.
En conclusión no vuelvo a comer aquí y recomiendo que lo eviten. Por la pésima calidad de los alimentos y su precio alto.

Taking as a reference the barbecue of Santiago, the one of this place cannot be called barbecue, since it is insipid and hard. The meat they served me does not look like lamb or goat, due to its consistency and flavor.
I like to order brisket, because of the fat it has and its flavor does not correspond to that of lamb meat. The consome is a cloudy broth clogged with minced meat, all dry and insipid, it seems that it is the meat that is left behind.
In conclusion I will not eat here again and I recommend that you avoid it. Because of the poor quality of food and its high price.

Nos vendieron además una disque cecina que era más sal que carne la cual también estaba seca.
Por si fuera poco, por medio kilo de "borrego" 4 picadas y la cecina, NOS COBRARON ? CASI $700.
Una coca de 3lt cuesta $85.
Es un robo sin pistola. ? WAKALA!! No regreso jamás.
PD: No nos comimos ni la mitad. DA ASCO. ??

La única manera de hacerlo comestible es poniendo mucha sal y limón.
Pedimos dos litros de pulque natural y estaba súper caliente , parecía agua.
