★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El Hidalguense is a great place for authentic sheep barbacoa tacos. I stopped here on a Vallarta Eats taco tour and it was one of my favorite bites. I loved the friendly atmosphere and excellent food. They have the best barbacoa I've ever eaten!
