★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is a place that should be busy all the time. The atmosphere is laid back and cool. The coffee divine. The only thing in the way is that's it a little off the beaten path but one that is worth going out of your way for.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I usually go to El Horla once or twice per week. The internet is great and the people who are working there has always been nice. The place is below ground level so it is especially nice to be there on hot days. My favorite coffee drink there is flat white, but they also have great Cappuccino and Frappe/Frappuccino .

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Service was odd. The initial worker was nice but I'm pretty sure the owner was the rude one. Very dismissive. When my coffee was brought, I said thank you and he just walked off. Atypical for Mexico. Most people have manners even if they don't want to deal with you. Coffee was fine, but I wouldn't go back. I didn't feel welcome.
