En este lugar nos ha tocado observar el destape del horno para observar parte de la tradición de la barbacoa del centro del país (México), y que se procediera con la degustación de un par de tacos, un consomé y un café de olla.
El Hornito has been the first place we visited within the tourist gastronomy tour here in Tulancingo Hidalgo, aboard the Tulanbus.
In this place we have had to observe the uncovering of the oven to observe part of the barbecue tradition of the center of the country (Mexico), and that we proceed with the tasting of a couple of tacos, a consommé and a coffee pot.
