Un sólo mesero que no se da abasto, y una pseudo mesera que no te atiende y si le pides algo (más café, sal, pan) solo tuerce la boca y no te lleva nada... Yo pedí huevos a la mexicana, me los sirvieron quemados, fríos y sin sal, a mi esposo no le llevaron nunca la fruta y para cuándo le sirvieron su platillo, los demás ya habíamos terminado. Una terrible experiencia el día de hoy

Ahora en cuanto al servicio es lentísimo, no tienen suficiente personal, aunque algunos son amables. Otros no. La comida no es de otro mundo, pero hoy me sirvieron unos motuleños horrorosos las tortilla llenas de aceite grasoso viejo, así sabia, la yema dura y la salsa super picante incomible. El café es malisimo. Precio ni caro ni barato. Ponen el volumen de sus tvs muy alto con caricaturas para niños. La verdad ya no me gusta el lugar. Y la gerente me da un teléfono para quejas que no sirve. Como les ayudas caray. Espero mejore porque lo bueno es.
La actitud de algunos de sus meseros buena, los baños limpios, accesible para discapacitados, cerca de metro, decoración agradable. Creo le deben echar más ganas a los detalles.

Pero aveces solo hay un mesero y 2 cocineros , esto hace que el servicio sea lento.
La cajera ( no apoya ). Solo está viendo la televisión.

It belongs to El Oso the manufacturer of shoe polish so at lunch there are many employees from that company eating lunch there. Good breakfasts as well as lunches. Again, the biffest complaint is some very, very slow service where quite often you feel forgetten.
