M	Mayra Morales on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lo único bueno es la ubicación, muy cerca de la feria de Zacatecas, el hotel es muy pequeño, no hay estacionamiento, ni aire acondicionado y ni siquiera un ventilador, el baño estaba limpio pero desprendian un olor a caño horrible, el Internet malisimo y la chica de recepción tenia una atención pésima, sinceramente no lo recomiendo The only good thing is the location, very close to the Zacatecas fair, the hotel is very small, there is no parking, no air conditioning and not even a fan, the bathroom was clean but they gave off a horrible smell of smell, the internet was very bad and the girl at the reception had a bad attention, I honestly do not recommend it
V	Vic Diésel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pues me toco habitación, no cuentan con clima, ni ventanas, la TV no funciono ni la secadora. La cama está muy agradable y sale agua caliente con buena presión. Las habitaciones son buenas, pero el aseo deja bastante que desear, supe quién se hospedó la semana anterior en la misma habitación! El desayuno el día que estuvo la encargada fue bueno, pero al día siguiente pusieron la mitad de lo que el día anterior. La recepcionista y la encargada sí fueron muy amables, pero hay que mejorar todos. The reservation was very messy, they told me there was parking and there is not. The cleaning lady is rude. The rooms are good, but the toilet leaves a lot to be desired, I knew who stayed the previous week in the same room! The breakfast the day the manager was there was good, but the next day they put half of what the previous day. The receptionist and the person in charge were very kind, but we all have to improve.

La única queja es que estuve alojado 11 días, pedí el desayuno en el hotel, por cuestiones de trabajo, la señora que lo prepara muy atenta, pero es limitado, solo ofrecen huevo al gusto o chilaquiles (dos veces los prepararon con algún totopa parecido a los doritos) y una vez enfrijoladas, en conclusión no vale la pena desayunar en el hotel. Por otra parte en dos ocasiones no pusieron agua caliente, tiene uno que estar sobre el recepcionista de la noche para que en la mañana prenda el calentador!!!! Por lo demás es muy buen lugar para alojarse, ya sea en estancias largas o cortas!!!!! The only complaint is that I was staying for 11 days, I asked for breakfast at the hotel, for work reasons, the lady who prepares it very attentive, but it is limited, they only offer eggs to taste or chilaquiles (twice they prepared them with some similar totopa to the doritos) and once enfrijoladas, in conclusion it is not worth having breakfast at the hotel. On the other hand, on two occasions they did not put hot water, one has to be on the night receptionist so that in the morning he turns on the heater !!!! Otherwise it is a very good place to stay, whether for long or short stays !!!!!
