★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La relación precio y calidad se corresponden, lo malo fue que al regreso ya no apareció mi short favorito y es muy desagradable la sensación de que urgan en tu equipaje. Por eso no lo recomiendo.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tengo una severa queja, el día sábado reservé 2 noches de habitación en Acapulco en la pagina de Despegar, llegamos al hotel y me indicaron que ellos no tienen convenio con ninguna empresa de reservación. No me dieron el hospedaje a pesar que DESPEGAR.com me envió la confirmación, me quedé sin hotel el puente de marzo.
I have a serious complaint, on Saturday I booked 2 nights in a room in Acapulco on the Despegar page, we arrived at the hotel and they told me that they do not have an agreement with any reservation company. They didn't give me lodging even though DESPEGAR.com sent me the confirmation, I was left without a hotel on the March bank holiday.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No recomendable!! Si haces una reserva por Booking no te la respetan. Te dicen que ellos no trabajan con Booking o Hotels.com, con ninguna plataforma de venta on line. Sobrevenden las habitaciones y tenés q salir a buscar otro hotel. SE CAGAN en el turista. Cómo si fuera poco, las recepcionistas se burlan de la situación. Es una pena que viviendo del turismo te traten así ????
Not recommendable!! If you make a reservation through Booking they do not respect it. They tell you that they do not work with Booking or Hotels.com, with any online sales platform. They oversell the rooms and you have to go out and find another hotel. THEY SHIT on the tourist. As if that were not enough, the receptionists make fun of the situation. It's a shame that living off tourism they treat you like this ????

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El día 18 de marzo de 2022 llegué a realizar check in, tenía reserva con hoteles.com, y en recepción me dijeron que ellos no tienen convenios con páginas de reservas y me quedé sin hospedaje a pesar de que ya había pagado. Son un estafa, sobrevenden las habitaciones y apuestan a que no lleguen las reservas realizadas en páginas, no se hospede aquí.
On March 18, 2022 I arrived to check in, I had a reservation with hotels.com, and at reception they told me that they do not have agreements with reservation pages and I was left without accommodation even though I had already paid. They are a scam, they oversell the rooms and bet that reservations made on pages do not arrive, do not stay here.
