★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Entiendo que no es un lugar gourmet, más bien es un lugar familiar tradicional y no se le puede exigir mucho del servicio. Pero estaría bien que a las muchachitas que atienden el comedor les dieran un mini curso de como dirigirse al comensal, y tener respuestas a las preguntas básicas del cliente, como es saber como se prepara cada uno de los alimentos que sirven, como van los complementos, que entrada ofrecer, cual es la especialidad de la casa, y sobre todo el uso correcto e igienico de sus manos, como lo es no tocarse la cara mientras levantan un pedido, y el proceso correcto de abordar al cliente, como lo es, entregar la carta, ofrecer algo de beber, (ojo es vender) y tratar de que el comedor no tenga olores de humedad.
Volvería a ir? Por supuesto que si, todo negocio merece varias oportunidades?
I understand that it is not a gourmet place, rather it is a traditional family place and you cannot demand much of the service. But it would be nice if the girls who attend the dining room were given a mini course on how to address the diner, and have answers to the client's basic questions, such as knowing how each of the foods they serve is prepared, how the accessories are , what entrance to offer, what is the specialty of the house, and above all the correct and efficient use of your hands, such as not touching your face while placing an order, and the correct process of approaching the client, as it is, deliver the letter, offer something to drink, (eye is to sell) and try to ensure that the dining room does not have odors of humidity.
Would go again? Of course, yes, every business deserves several opportunities?
