About El Huarache de Jamaica Suc Barranca
A unos cuantos metros de la entonces emblemática Garita, situada sobre el Canal de la Viga del año 1932; con su puente señalando la entrada a la ciudad por embarcación y que para muchos, era como la llegada al umbral del destino, Doña Carmelita iniciaba un esfuerzo desesperado para salvaguardar el futuro de sus hijos, instalando un anafre y un comal, para producir y vender unas gorditas rellenas de frijol bañadas con salsa, que con el tiempo sus mismos clientes le iban a dar el nombre a su creación; “HUARACHE”, por la semejanza de tamaño y forma a las sandalias utilizadas por el común de la población en aquellos tiempos. Quién iba a pensar que con su improvisado puesto, de inicio, iba a dar manutención para su familia y que años más tarde, sería un exitoso y emblemático platillo para la Ciudad de México.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No tenía nada de sabor el huarache de costilla, no sé si por qué estaba lleno atendían solo por atender pero estuvo muy fea la cómoda, el jugo de naranja era natural combinado con procesado y picaba al tragarlo

Mi primer huarache fue de chicharrón prensado, muy bien servido.
Aunque no cuentan con menú infantil, pero me comentaron que podrían partir uno en dos y servirlo para los niños, o la huarachera te hace uno a la medida.
Las aguas, son artesanales, muy rica la de coco-fresa. Costos accesibles!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen representante de la cadena, muy representativo el sabor y las salsas, el caldo rico pero desgraciadamente me lo dieron casi frío así que eso demérito el sabor, los huaraches deliciosos. El lugar es un poco pequeño para mi gusto, y eso es lo que talvez lo diferencia de los demás representantes. El servicio bueno, el precio discutible, pero el sabor muy presente.
