Nos marcaron unas horas antes para confirmar la reservación y nos aseguraron que el cuarto estaría listo cuando llegáramos. Muy decepcionante el servicio de los recepcionistas ya que no tuvimos donde quedarnos esa noche. Pésima atención a los clientes y mal sistema de reservación.
I made a reservation to stay with my family and when I arrived they didn't have it registered. They called us a few hours before to confirm the reservation and assured us that the room would be ready when we arrived. Very disappointing the service from the receptionists as we had nowhere to stay that night. Terrible customer service and poor reservation system.
