★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's not maintained and the swings first rotted, then collapsed. The paving has a two inch drop around each piece making every step a tripping hazard. This is supposed to be a park for kids. I wouldn't be surprised if a child or elderly person gets seriously injured in this public space. It's a disgrace.
