★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo, nunca ordenen el buffete, y si el tour los lleva allí, caminen un poco, y vayan a otro lugar. La comida Pueblana es patrimonio de la humanidad, no salgan como yo decepcionados
 Terrible, never order the buffet, and if the tour takes you there, walk around a bit, and go somewhere else. Puebla food is a world heritage site, don't leave me disappointed

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La comida no es buena el buffet es pésimo, te venden comida poblana auténtica pero la verdad es que una comida corrida está más sabroza, he comido la auténtica comida poblana ahí mismo en el centro y sabe a gloria, en este lugar sabe horrible, está mal preparada y sin sabor.
The food is not good the buffet is lousy, they sell you authentic Puebla food but the truth is that a regular meal is tastier, I have eaten the authentic Puebla food right there in the center and it tastes like glory, in this place it tastes horrible, it is poorly prepared and tasteless.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La comida a la carta se tarda una eternidad. Lo que te "obliga" a pedir buffet; es insípido y sin buena variedad. Lo peor es el servicio porque los meseros te cambian los precios para cobrarse su propina (pues algunos precios no están especificados en la carta). Horrible experiencia.
The a la carte food takes forever. What "forces" you to order buffet; it is tasteless and without good variety. The worst thing is the service because the waiters change the prices to collect their tip (as some prices are not specified in the menu). Horrible experience.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fuimos con el tour. Cuando te traen la cuenta te suben el precio de los platillos. Mal servicio. No quise comer del Buffet y tardaron muchísimo para traerme el menú. Los camareros no te ponen atención. Precios altos para la calidad. Los baños no muy higiénicos.
We went with the tour. When they bring you the bill they raise the price of the dishes. Bad service. I did not want to eat from the Buffet and it took a lot to bring me the menu. The waiters do not pay attention to you. High prices for quality. The bathrooms are not very hygienic.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El café está demasiado malo y no son por poner café nuevo, lo único que va a haber y si lo quieres. Los que llevamos Tours debemos considerar éstos detalles para mejorar u ofrecer otro restaurante.
The coffee is too bad and they are not for putting new coffee, the only thing that is going to be and if you want it. Those of us who have Tours should consider these details to improve or offer another restaurant.

No many options, empty casseroles, ran out of stock for sodas, and only 1 employee attending tourist groups. Most important, food is not really tasty.
Tourist guides are taking their groups here and there are many options in the city. Avoid this place.
