★ ★ ★ ★ ★ To me is a very average and overpriced asian cuisine. The place is pretty and it has a nice view of the mall fountain, the bathrooms are super clean and staff is friendly, other than that I'd rather to pay the same for better quality. Tea and edamames are the only things I like from here.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Normally I love this place but last night we got Spicy Tuna roll and now my girlfriend and I have been vomiting and having diarrhea all day. What’s worse when I call the restaurant they say it’s not their problem/fault and wouldn’t even apologize or offer a refund. Never returning

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a nice place at Oasis Coyoacán. We sat by the Dancing Fountain and the show was very beautiful. I'm sure it can be a great place for dinner. Prices some high.

You're in countered with a rude host who doesn't know how to do her job and doesn't like the fact that you go over her head to talk to the manager about the situation. (my reservation)
The management did everything they could to fix the situation they are very helpful and very accommodating. (still waited 20 minutes for a table)
The plate that I had did not satisfy all of the problems. It was so bland, no flavor whatsoever.
What a shame!
The management did everything they could to restore but the rude host, the lack of respect of my reservation and the flavorless plate did not win me over.
I give it one star for the management and one star for the atmosphere
