★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing Turkish place, hide in Coyoacán. ?Food is delicious as it can be, staff is super friendly and attentive. The place is clean and they use masks as protection (COVID-19). I recommend the meat dishes, they have an exotic and special flavor I hadn’t tried before. I’ll come back to try other dishes. Ask them for recommendations, you should try Mücver, kebab and empanada de agua, any of the lamb ribs dishes and Turkish lemonade. Each time I come back I try something new, this time a dessert with pear :)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ stopped in to try the shakshuka, discovering the difference between the dish i typically get and the turkish saksuka they had on offer. it was a tasty eggplant appetizer dish with pita, i also tried the lor mahludu and found both to be delicious. if i am in the area again, i will definitely try out one of the main meat dishes. also interested in trying the menemen should they open up for breakfast hours again and make it available.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best meals we had our entire time in Mexico City, we came back two days in a row to try a little bit of everything. The “saksuka” (which is different than your typical shaksuka) is a must!!! So delicious I’ve never had eggplant this good. Tandoori Lamb Shoulder is incredible too (only on weekends). Also the owner is a super nice guy who is more than happy to help you decide on how to create the perfect meal :-)
An absolute gem in Mexican City you do not want to miss!!! 10/10!
