★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La localización es el problema. En el área hay vagos que se cuelan a las fiestas privadas y provocan problemas. Los dueños no hacen nada al respecto sólo se lavan las manos y culpan a los alquilantes.
The location is the problem. In the area there are bums who sneak into private parties and cause problems. The owners do nothing about it, they just wash their hands and blame the renters.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar es pequeño por lo que se debe considerar para eventos con poca gente (75 ideal), a pesar del tamaño tiene muy buena pinta y es bonito.
Algo a tomar en cuenta es la zona, ya que se encuentra muy adentro de la colonia y no hay transporte publico accesible más que taxis/uber.
