Very small place and the rent is too expensive in addition to that you are very restricted in the hours the person who attends you is despot and nothing friendly.

It is a small place, well it fits about a hundred people, cozy, with playground and pool, good location, I highly recommend it

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El lugar está bien, aún que es algo pequeño. El área de juegos está algo vieja. Otra desventaja es el estacionamiento, aunque los vecinos son amables y te permiten estacionarse al lado de la acera.
The place is fine, even though it is somewhat small. The playground is a bit old. Another downside is parking, although the neighbors are friendly and allow you to park on the curb.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy bonito jardín y alberca para eventos pequeños (menos de 100 personas). Los servicios sanitarios se encuentran en muy buenas condiciones, el inconveniente con la alberca es que al estar muy próxima a la palapa (área techada), como hay una pequeña área sin césped, se genera un charco de lodo que se extiende y mancha el área principal, restándole así su buena apariencia
Very nice garden and pool for small events (less than 100 people). The sanitary services are in very good conditions, the disadvantage with the pool is that being very close to the palapa (roofed area), as there is a small area without grass, a puddle of mud is generated that spreads and stains the area principal, thus reducing its good appearance
