You have to know how to buy and although a lot of people despise these butchers, many of the local businesses buy there, so in one way or another, all of Tuxtla has tried El Jarocho butcher shops, my favorite

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Buen lugar para comprar...carne económica y de buena calidad me agrada que usan tomaturnos para atender a la gente aunque si se aglomeran un poco por los precios económicos que manejan pero por el covid no resulta muy bien ( deben poner un poco más de atención a las medidas sanitarias como checar la temperatura al ingresar y poner gel antibacterial a la vista).
Good place to buy ... inexpensive and good quality meat I like that they use shifts to serve people although if they crowd a little because of the cheap prices they handle but because of the covid it does not turn out very well (they should put a little more than attention to sanitary measures such as checking the temperature when entering and putting antibacterial gel in sight).
