Es frecuentado por muchos jóvenes, cuenta con una pista de skateboarding, muchas áreas verdes y en los alrededores se encuentran negocios de diversos giros, bancos y oficinas gubernamentales.
Every day there are many activities ranging from bazaars, to gastronomic or cultural fairs. It is frequented by many young people, it has a skateboarding track, many green areas and in the surroundings are businesses of various lines, banks and government offices.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las jardineras están infestadas de ratas que cómodamente, a la luz del día, corren despreocupadas. Aquellas que ví hoy, estaban rodeadas de una gran cantidad de moscas.
Lo peor de ésta situación es que hay mucha gente que ignora éste hecho y se acuesta sobre el pasto de las mismas.
En cuanto a los recientes arreglos del parque, éstos ya se encuentran vandalizados.
The planters are infested with rats that comfortably, in daylight, run unconcerned. Those that I saw today were surrounded by a large number of flies.
The worst of this situation is that there are many people who ignore this fact and lie on their grass.
As for the recent arrangements of the park, these are already vandalized.
