★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La verdad es muy buen servicio. Antes era muy malo el servicio pq no entregaban rápido y la telefonista era muy grosera etc, pero ahora ya cambiaron de empleados y ya se volvió un buen servicio como de telefonista como de repartidor.
El único problema es q te piden revisar los garrafones al momento q te llegan para evitar problemas de q esten rotos, pero fuera de eso la verdad es muy buen servicio.
The truth is very good service. Before the service was very bad because they did not deliver quickly and the operator was very rude, etc., but now they have changed employees and it has become a good service as a telephone operator as well as a delivery man.
The only problem is that they ask you to check the jugs the moment they arrive to avoid problems of being broken, but other than that, the truth is very good service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Siempre compro ahí. Pero tuve mala experiencia. Pedí garrafones y no los enviaron. Tuve q marcar de nuevo siguiente día. Adicionalmente olvide una manguera de silicón dentro de un garrafón vacío, y voy siguiente día a preguntar y me dicen q si la vieron pero q la tiraron a la basura. Finalmente en ocasiones el agua sabe un poco a tierra, probablemente es necesario q revisen sus filtros q utilizan. Por éstas razones ya no compraré ahí y no lo recomiendo más.
I always buy there. But I had a bad experience. I asked for jugs and they didn't ship. I had to dial again the next day. Additionally, I forgot a silicone hose inside an empty jug, and the next day I go to ask and they tell me if they saw it but they threw it in the trash. Finally, sometimes the water tastes a bit earthy, it is probably necessary to check the filters that you use. For these reasons I will no longer buy there and I do not recommend it any more.
