★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It was a very busy night because it was fish and chips Friday. Unfortunately they ran out of the special but that's not the reason for the low score. The whole time while the two servers and one cook tried to keep up, the boss stood at the end of the bar scrolling on her phone. "Sharla" I think that's her name, she never helped one bit with the bar, taking orders or helping in the kitchen. This was very unprofessional. When we finally got our food it was great.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The bacon wrapped shrimp were very salty and they use fish batter for the chicken (very bland), you are basically paying for the view. The coconut shrimp were plump and sweet, which actually was surprising since we have had mixed results here.
You can sit by the pool and watch the kids while you eat/drink.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sunday breakfast buffet is excellent. Wide variety of ingredients available for the omelettes (be sure to tip the omelette cook because she only works for tips). Good variety and quality of other breakfast items. Great location and view.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely place to have brunch with friends. The food was only so so. Salsa was not served with the eggs and hash browns I ordered. The service was fine and price very reasonable. I'd go back and see if the Mexican entrees are better than what I ordered.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Yet another excellent restaurant in beautiful San Carlos. Right on the water, relaxing atmosphere and cool hanging beach chairs. Amazing Piña Coladas and Chilaquiles. Almost every meal was under 150 pesos, yet super tasty and had me wanting to order more.
The only thing I'd critique is the wait. If you are short on time. Our group of 7 took over half an hour, but we run on beach time so no problemo ??
