★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es frustrante llamar al teléfono proporcionado y que ninguna de las opciones que tiene te comunique con alguna persona que te atienda. No hay manera de conseguir información ni por teléfono ni en línea. Espero que solucionen este problema lo más pronto posible.
It is frustrating to call the telephone number provided and that none of the options you have communicate with any person who serves you. There is no way to get information either by phone or online. I hope you solve this problem as soon as possible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hoy fuimos al registro civil para que los novios se casarán. La juez fue muy amable y estuvo a tiempo, igualmente nos espero cuando alguien faltaba ya que una vez que empieza nadie puede entrar. En general estuvo bien y el servicio fue bueno, aunque no puedo decir lo mismo de las otras secciones ya que solo fuimos al registro civil.
Today we went to the civil registry so that the couple will get married. The judge was very kind and was on time, I also waited for us when someone was missing since once it starts nobody can enter. Overall it was fine and the service was good, although I can't say the same for the other sections as we only went to the civil registry.
