ME ESTABAN HACIENDO 1 RAMO DE 300 PESOS QUE CASI ME CABÍA EN LA MANO. NUNCA MÁS! FLOWERS COST DOUBLE THE NORMAL. 1 ROSA ANYWHERE IS WORTH 10 PESOS, THEY HAVE IT IN 20 AND SO WITH EVERYTHING. EXTREMELY EXPENSIVE! THEY WERE MAKING ME 1 BOUQUET OF 300 PESOS THAT ALMOST FIT IN MY HAND. NEVER MORE!

LImpieza e higiene: Normal. Costos: Siempre he quedado satisfecho ya que intentan dar lo mejor y eso para mi eso tiene un gran valor agregado. Comentarios generales: Muy bueno. Es raro para mi dar este tipo de opiniones pero lo recomiendo al 100%!!!! La vez pasada pedí flores para el cumpleaños de mi novia y las flores me llegaron 30 minutos tarde. Me causo molestia porque tenia planes de salir con ella poco después de que me trajeran las flores. Por eso bajo mi calificación. Services and products: Good! I really like that they do everything possible to make your ideas come true! I go every time I want to give in anniversaries! Cleaning and hygiene: Normal. Costs: I have always been satisfied since they try to give their best and that for me that has a great added value. General comments: Very good. It is rare for me to give this type of opinion but I recommend it 100%! Last time I asked for flowers for my girlfriend's birthday and the flowers arrived 30 minutes late. It bothered me because I had plans to go out with her shortly after the flowers were brought to me. That's why under my rating.

Very good quality products and a wide variety of arrangements. Maybe they need another girl to help them, but from then on, everything is excellent.

Terrible customer service and they claim you for uploading stories to Instagram of the terrible conditions in which the flowers are delivered, do not order at home because they do not deliver what they say and very expensive.
A	Anel Lemus on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pues se pidió un ramo pero las flores se pusieron de una calidad muy baja, casi todas viejas, pero pues se pagó la calidad que dieron, si me hubieran dicho que los ramos podía pedirlos por calidad de flor créanme que hubiera pagado más... si no han hecho diseños de fotos, mejor ofrezcan los que han hecho para ver la calidad final. Ya por las prisas decidí llevarlo a mi hermana que fue la que finalmente eligió donde mandarlo hacer pero quede decepcionada por lo que entregaron. La mitad de las flores ya tenían pétalos marchitos y de la manzanilla mejor ni hablar sin pétalos. En verdad fechas importantes como bodas no esperas llegar con medio ramo ya viejo. Anexo foto de lo que se cotizo vs lo que se entrego. Aunque agradezco la disponibilidad de quitarle la manzanilla y cambiar por una flor que vi en otro ramo(de mejor calidad) que vi ahí mismo . Well, a bouquet was ordered but the flowers were of a very low quality, almost all old, but the quality they gave was paid for, if they had told me that the bouquets could be ordered for flower quality, believe me I would have paid more... If you haven't made photo designs, better offer the ones you have made to see the final quality. Due to the rush I decided to take it to my sister who was the one who finally chose where to have it done but was disappointed by what they delivered. Half of the flowers already had withered petals and the chamomile better not to mention without petals. In truth, important dates such as weddings do not expect to arrive with half an old bouquet. Attached photo of what was quoted vs what was delivered. Although I appreciate the willingness to remove the camomile and change it for a flower that I saw in another bouquet (of better quality) that I saw right there.
