★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ha sido una experiencia terrible tratar con ellos. Han tardado más de un año en entregarme unas piezas, de las cuales dos (art déco) las hicieron perdedizas, es decir, me las robaron. Además Adrián casi nunca contesta los mensajes y es imposible llamarle por teléfono. Siempre tiene pretextos, incumple las fechas, acuerdos y esta es la hora en que estoy viendo cómo me va a pagar las piezas desaparecidas.
 It has been a terrible experience dealing with them. It has taken more than a year to deliver some pieces to me, of which two (art deco) made them loose, that is, they stole them from me. Furthermore, Adrián hardly ever answers messages and it is impossible to call him on the phone. He always has excuses, he does not meet the dates, agreements and this is the time when I am seeing how he is going to pay me for the missing pieces.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No recomiendo para nada éste lugar. Me puse en contacto con ellos para el préstamo de objetos y el dueño nunca me terminó de responder, es un sujeto nefasto y prepotente... Y encima de todo le debe a la gente :/

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El empleado que trabaja en Lagunilla fue muy amable y servicial; sin embargo, al tratar con el propietario, Adrian es una experiencia completamente diferente.
No da nada más que excusas y culpa a todos los demás. Cuando finalmente conseguimos nuestro mueble, estaba sucio con pedazos de basura adentro.
No me molesté en darle propina al conductor de la entrega debido a cómo llegaron los muebles. Algo que no tengo costumbre de hacer.
Después de leer las otras reseñas, creo que tengo la fortuna de haber recibido mis muebles.
¡NO CONFÍE ESTE NEGOCIO CON SU DINERO! Que experiencia tan terrible, nunca compraré de este negocio otra vez.
The employee who works in Lagunilla was very kind and helpful; however, when dealing with the owner, Adrian is a completely different experience.
It gives nothing but excuses and blames everyone else. When we finally got our furniture, it was dirty with pieces of garbage inside.
I did not bother to tip the delivery driver because of how the furniture arrived. Something I'm not used to doing.
After reading the other reviews, I think I am fortunate to have received my furniture.
DO NOT TRUST THIS BUSINESS WITH YOUR MONEY! What a terrible experience, I will never buy from this business again.

El otro lo compré con fotografías que me enviaron por WhatsApp , deposité de inmediato y vendieron el mueble que me ofrecieron y que pagué.. me ofrecieron hacerlo igualito y me entregaron uno chueco y similar , más no igual..
Frankly very overrated. I bought 2 pieces of furniture and one of them had hidden defects. I bought the other with photographs that they sent me by WhatsApp, I deposited immediately and they sold the furniture that they offered me and that I paid for ... they offered me to do it the same and they gave me a crooked and similar one, but not the same ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy buena tienda de muebles y antiguedades. Ambas vendedoras en la tienda de Tonala y Campeche han sido super amables y pendientes a la hora de atender nuestras necesidades y deseos. Decoramos practicamente toda nuesta casa con los muebles mas importantes con su stock y estamos muy contentos. El servicio de entrega fue muy profesional, al hacer la entrega nuestra mesa de comedor se rayo y vino un carpintero al dia siguiente a hacer el barnisado y quedo perfecto! En base a otras visitas a otras tiendas de este tipo, y sin duda el mercado de chacharitas ha sido la que mas ha ofrecido en terminos de variedad, calidad y precio.
