Excellent place to eat. The customer service is outstanding! The atmosphere very relaxed and welcoming. The food was good and the portions were perfect. The place is a great place to spend the afternoon with the family as they have outdoor activities for the kids young and old. Out of town but worth the drive.

This place is so awesome! This place has a waiting area where you can have some drinks before they seat you! Definitely a place to eat at!

This restaurant is very nice! Great selection of food and drinks. Very friendly staff. On weekends arriver early long lines.

Terrible, no lo recomiendo, el restaurante muy bonito pero toda la comida que ordenamos que fueron platillos de arrachera estaba seca y fria, incluyendose tortillas. Las raciones de guarnicion muy pequenas y sin sabor, empezaron a retirar tortillas y demas antes de que terminaramos de comer. Definitivamente muy desepcionados esperabamos mas del establecimiento. Wanted to like the restaurant, asteticaly it looks great, so we had high expectations for our first visit dinning in at El Mason. Unfortunately my food dinning and eating experience at El Mason did not match the esthetic looks of the restaurant. To start Our wait time for food was long, our food when it finally did arrive was cold and our steak was not cooked to our request of well done. The plate presentation was odd because the side servings on the plate are so small and practically non existent. The waitresses seemed rushed, I say this because literally food was being removed from the our table before we were even done eating. In short I left El Mason feeling ripped off, hungry, and very disappointed!

Beautiful place! Drinks were delicious!! I Was very excited to go but when we got our food it was Cold ! We had to return it twice and at the end the waitress said if you want we can warmer it up in the microwave!! Wow so disappointed!!

Meh, the place has a beautifully executed theme, no doubt that the place is gorgeous (for the Yeehaw cowboy theme) Parking is questionable, drinks were delicious however the food was quite underwhelming. The food took ages to arrive and when it did all the meats were dry & stale the vegetables felt old (the panela was delicious). The place without a doubt is just overhyped to the brim (even though the location is in the middle of nowhere). It was probably the day we went, I’ll probably give it another go for a definitive answer.

All was well at the beginning, the drinks were good. The place was beautiful, we were seated right away, parking was good as well. I ordered the vacío plate medium rare, it came cold and overcooked and salty. At the door they asked if we had a celebration and we were my daughters birthday. The server said they don’t sing birthday songs, and he would “see” if he can bring us a dessert. Yea that never came either. Left upset that our celebration was not celebrated the way we wanted. Why ask what we celebrate at the door? Confused. O

One of the best dining experiences I have ever had, and I have been to some fine restaurants throughout the world. If I was to be executed on death row, I would request El Meson for my last meal. Food was delicious, with generous portion sizes. Service, ambiance and cleanliness were second to none. Highly recommended. Food arrived fast, fresh, and hot!
