★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio fue pésimo. Solicité servicio a domicilio para mi perrita la cual esta muy viejita y ya no puede caminar y como no contabamos con vehículo en ese momento no nos quedó otra opción, requería de una consulta.
Ellos aceptaron me dieron un precio de consulta el cuál no respetaron, me enviaron a un supuesto veterinario que medio la revisó, le mandó un medicamento que ya traía, un antibiótico, no me quiso mostrar el producto, no quiso darme receta, ni una tarjeta traía con su nombre y cédula. Se comprometió a venir al otro día a aplicarle las siguientes dosis y me las cobró por adelantado, cobró en otro precio la consulta y cada inyección con quien sabe que antibiótico en $250 pesos.
Lo peor ni siquiera volvió, hasta 3 días después cuando empecé a contactarlos por sus publicaciones en grupos porque no me contestaban ni en su teléfono ni en su perfil. Solo regresó a poner una la inyección y ya, quedó de investigar para la biopsia y nunca nos dio razón de nada.
NO recomiendo para nada su servicio al menos veterinario
The service was lousy. I requested home delivery for my dog who is very old and can no longer walk and since we did not have a vehicle at that time we had no other option, she required a consultation.
They accepted, they gave me a consultation price which they did not respect, they sent me to a supposed veterinarian who half checked it, sent him a medicine that he already had, an antibiotic, he did not want to show me the product, he did not want to give me a prescription, not even a card He brought with his name and identity card. He promised to come the next day to apply the following doses and he charged me in advance, he charged another price for the consultation and each injection with who knows what antibiotic at $250 pesos.
The worst didn't even come back, until 3 days later when I started contacting them for their group posts because they didn't answer me on their phone or on their profile. He only returned to give an injection and that's it, he stopped to investigate for the biopsy and he never gave us a reason for anything.
I do NOT recommend your service at all, at least a veterinarian.
