★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El día de ayer solicite una Cita. Me respondieron el día de hoy Sábado, confirmando mi Cita a las 2:30 resulta que cuando marque y ya iba para allá no me habían agendado!!! Llegue a las 2:30 y espere 1 hora y 20 minutos la doctora Alejandra Garibay. nunca apareció en recepción me dijeron que había entrado a procedimiento. Nadie me atendió ni me dijo que tendría que esperar tanto tiempo! Desconozco si la Dra sea buena pero tenía una urgencia dermatológica, pero no lo recomiendo para nada, falta de profesionalismo para el equipo de especialidades médicas. Después de tanto tiempo me dijeron que si me reagendaban. Perdí mi tiempo totalmente, mucha gente tiene más cosas que hacer en su agenda.
Ask for an Appointment yesterday. They answered me today Saturday, confirming my Appointment at 2:30 it turns out that when I dialed and I was going there they had not scheduled me !!! Arrive at 2:30 and wait 1 hour and 20 minutes for Dr. Alejandra Garibay. He never showed up at the front desk to tell me he had entered procedure. No one attended to me or told me that I would have to wait so long! I do not know if the Dra is good but she had a dermatological emergency, but I do not recommend it at all, lack of professionalism for the medical specialties team. After so long they told me if they would reschedule me. I totally wasted my time, a lot of people have more things to do on their agenda.
