★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed one night at the RV park while driving north. Got a site on the beach which was nice. Approximate 385 pesos, 25 Canadian. For the price I would like to have more than 1 useable washroom and shower & hot water in the shower. No concrete pads mean lots of sand in the RV. We like to swim but we saw blue jelly fish and were warned about the stingrays. 17 km's to town so come with supplies. Had dinner in the restaurant. FYI they closed at 7.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely family run business right on the beach. The restaurant has a wide selection of Seafood dishes, decent food and cold beer. The R.V park is basic but delightful. It's right on the beach, with good water pressure, hot showers and fast WiFi. The sunsets are amazing!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Park owners are very friendly. Beautiful location on the beach. Perfect weather. Quiet place. Full services for an RV. The road in (74) is a bit narrow for an Rv and requires driving with lots of caution.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had a nice 3 days and nights at El Mirador in Playa Huatabampito, Sonora Mexico. We were dry camping although there appeared to be hookups for RV rigs. The food at the restaurant was decent, and witnessed probably the best sunset of the journey so far. On another note , I will never understand the allowance of vehicle traffic on the beaches along the Mar de Cortez, though I understand that it is cultural and sometimes practical. I believe I paid 200$ MXN per night, a fair price.
