★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es una pequeña fonda y expendio de pan en la calle principal de Pahuatlán, la 2 de abril, atendido por Judith y su familia, también venden el pan que elaboran en su horno tradicional.
Ahí se pueden degustar los platos típicos de la región como la salsa de chicalas con carne de puerco y el chilmole de acamayas (ambos en temporada) así como otros platillos de la gastronomía serrana, o solamente tomarse un cafecito de olla y comerse un purito de queso (pan tradicional relleno con queso y confeccionado en horno de leña) todo es preparado con gran sazón, un imperdible en Pahuatlán.
It is a small inn and bread shop on the main street of Pahuatlán, April 2, run by Judith and her family, they also sell the bread they make in their traditional oven.
There you can taste the typical dishes of the region such as chicalas sauce with pork meat and acamayas chilmole (both in season) as well as other dishes of the mountain gastronomy, or just have a coffee pot and eat a cigarillo from Cheese (traditional bread stuffed with cheese and made in a wood oven) everything is prepared with great seasoning, a must in Pahuatlán.
