L	Lizbeth Esmeralda Lozano Martinez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El trato administrativo y la comprensión hacia las madres trabajadoras es pésimo, de verdad no la recomiendo en lo absoluto, el personal es muy cruel contigo como madre, soy madre primerisa y no se como funciona todo en una guardería, exigen muchísimo y simplemente mi sueldo no me da para comprar todos los pañales, Toallitas, baberos y Ropita que me exigen, además cuando se me roso mi bebe me obligaron a llevarlo al médico y como era viernes tuve que pagar por uno particular porque en el IMSS no me lo iban a atender, tenían que revisarlo obligatoriamente en menos de 24 horas, con todo el esfuerzo conseguí el dinero y lo lleve, al entregar la nota de valoración médica me dicen que esta mal llenada y que me van a sancionar y además no me aceptarían a mi bebe, estoy por perder mi trabajo por este lugar, llevan como 4 días que no me lo aceptan por políticas suyas y no me ha llegado la quincena para llevarlo a un médico particular y para llevarlo al imss tengo que faltar al trabajo y ya no me lo permiten más, soy madre soltera y trabajo, no tengo con quien dejarlo y es horrible, la peor experiencia que he vivido como madre, es super frustrante saber que corro el riesgo de perder mi empleo porque no me quieren apoyar ni un poco en la guardería ?? Solo piensan en ellas mismas tu hijo no es lo más importante, lo más importante es que a ellas no las cachen sus supervisoras. Ayer regresaron a mi hijo por una supuesta fiebre que con nosotros nunca presentó, nos dieron una hoja que el médico llenó con un error. Las empleadas viven con miedo y no tienen capacidad de tomar decisiones lógicas por el bien de los niños. El Único Bien es para ellas, primero están ellas quedando bien con sus superiores y después los bebés. Pero bueno eso solo ocurre cuando están las supervisoras o cuando van a ir, en otro momento son diferentes. Extremely demanding and despotic. I	Irina Mejía on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No quisieron aceptar mis papeles que por una platica que da la directora no pude ir porque estaba trabajando fuera, (les envié un mensaje por correo el cual no contestaron) tenia todos los papeles solo hacían falta las pláticas y la directora muy déspota dijo que no iba a volver a dar pláticas en dos semanas (para el trámite te dan 1 semana para juntar los docs. Obvias razones iba a perder mi lugar) y me dijo que perdería mi lugar y que volviera hacer trámites que hay cuando hubiera lugar me hablarían!, no tienen buena atención, si eres madre trabajadora te recomiendo que no inscribas a tu hijo(a) en esta guardería porque no tienen empatia con las mamás que trabajamos que le costaba a la directora dar una platica dentro de la semana para que no perdiera el trámite, en fin. Si quieres evitarte dolores de cabeza mejor no metas a tus hijos, porque si en esas pequeñas cosas son así de intolerantes, no me quiero imaginar con los niños por cualquier detallito te la van hacer de tos, que si traen moquitos por alguna alergia te lo devuelvan, me avisaron un día (un miércoles) y al siguiente día temprano iba a ser la platica ellos no saben que trabajas? Que necesitas pedir permiso con días de anticipación, que por eso estas buscando guardería! Ni den explicaciones no se las merecen por algo pasan las cosas, seguro voy a encontrar una guardería mejor para mi bebe mientras tanto espero que a ustedes no les pase lo mismo por eso la advertencia. No son muy flexibles, pero es parte de formar en disciplina y tener a los niños lo mas seguros posible. Es cuestión de aprender y adaptarse. The facilities are safe, beautiful and well maintained.
