Kind staff (patient with me as a non-Spanish speaker), an airy corner location, and lively strolling musicians. I visited Mexico City and area for 12 days and this was the best breakfast I had.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was one of the best breakfast spots I went to on my trip to Mexico City. Only steps away from Museo Frida Kahlo, it’s perfect to enjoy a coffee and a quick bite before you explore Coyocan! You must try the Chilaquiles! They were delicious. Amazing prices & great atmosphere.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Low-key, homey coffee shop. I buy my coffee everyday from here. It opens early, and I like to sit on one of the street tables and watch people begin their day around Coyoacan. For 80 pesos you can buy a full breakfast, including coffee and juice. Their chilaquiles are good but their turkey sandwich is fantastic.
The owner will greet you every time.
Also, I’ve started buying grain coffee to take home and make it myself. It’s good value.
