★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Despite the language barrier, the staff were very pleasant and helpful. I remember remarking to my fiancée how clean and pleasant the dining area was, much more comfortable than the average side-of-the-road lunch stop.
The set menu item of a plate of smoked meats, black bean soup, and tortilla chips with pico de gallo and salsa was only 200 pesos for two people and well worth it.
Also, the habanero sauce is very, very, very spicy.

We can't speak Spanish but we can speak only few words and every time we could comunicate with people but in this restaurant they was unfriendly to us. I believe that the food could be great but zero effort to comunicate. I was really sad. We travel around the world and never happened to us until now.
