★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy bonito lugar, con una atención excelente, diseños originales y variedad de modelos. Me encantó, después de visitar mil tiendas, esta fue en la que en verdad pude no sólo encontrar mi vestido sino que hacen de esta experiencia algo aun más especial. ❤
 Very nice place, with excellent service, original designs and variety of models. I loved it, after visiting a thousand shops, this was the one in which I could not only find my dress but also make this experience something even more special. ❤

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Mi experiencia fue mala cuando mi vestido quedo en manos de la costurera, parece que no es profesional pues hizo un trabajo pésimo. Son cero accesibles en horarios para temas de prueba de vestido.
En lo único que me apoyaron fue en realizar el pago después, por un fallecimiento.
No suelo hacer comentarios pero de verdad que este es un momento único para nosotras y que lo arruinen por no tener conciencia de que su costurera está haciendo mal las cosas no me parece justo. La unica opcion que me dieron era regresar al siguiente día para que repararan el daño del vestido, no me quise arriesgar a que me lo dejara mas feo aparte de que está cerca la fecha de la boda. No hacen reembolsos ( no se los pedía por el total del vestido pero minimo esperaba algo) Veo que todas hacen muy buenos comentarios sobre Paloma, supongo es la dueña solo tuve contacto vía telefónica con ella muy atenta, pero la señora que está en tienda Gante no te resuelve y es super distraida.
Yo adquiri mi vestido en una sucursal que tienen en Taxqueña, pero todos los arreglos te los hacen en GANTE (otro sufrir)
My experience was bad when my dress was in the hands of the seamstress, it seems that she is not professional because she did a lousy job. They are zero accessible at times for dress test topics.
The only thing that supported me was to make the payment later, for a death.
I do not usually comment but this is a unique moment for us and that they ruin it because they are not aware that their seamstress is doing things wrong does not seem fair. The only option they gave me was to return the next day to repair the damage of the dress, I did not want to risk being left uglier apart from the date of the wedding. They do not make refunds (I did not ask for the total of the dress but at least I expected something) I see that they all make very good comments about Paloma, I guess is the owner I only had telephone contact with her very attentive, but the lady who is in Ghent store It doesn't solve you and it's super distracted.
I bought my dress at a branch they have in Taxqueña, but all the arrangements are made in GANTE (another suffer)

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los vestidos son muy bonitos y de buena calidad. El precio es razonable. El lugar tiene un ambiente y decoración muy cálido. La dueña es muy atenta y siempre está al pendiente de todas las novias. Las chicas que atienden son muy amables y te explican todo paso a paso. Recomiendo ampliamente.
The dresses are very beautiful and of good quality. The price is reasonable. The place has a very warm atmosphere and decoration. The owner is very attentive and is always on the lookout for all the brides. The girls they serve are very friendly and explain everything step by step. I highly recommend.

They help in every detail of the dress, the prices are not very cheap for an outlet, however the fabric is beautiful and comfortable.
