★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El precio es caro a comparación con lo que te llevan, no tiene sabor y es muy poco, no nos trajeron consomé a todos, no hay mesero. No lo recomiendo. Además uno de nuestros platillos (filete) no sabía nada fresco.
 The price is expensive compared to what they bring you, it has no flavor and it is very little, they did not bring us all consommé, there is no waiter. I do not recommend it. Also one of our dishes (steak) did not taste fresh at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conozco al paisa desde hace muchos años y siempre he creído que es un buen lugar para asistir con la familia, pues sus platillos siempre habían sido muy agradables, hasta está última ocasión que asistí....pues me quedaron mucho a deber, pues ya no cuentan con el servicio básico de insumos en las mesas y respecto a las comidas, con todo el respeto deberían de cambiar de cocineras pues los alimentos resultan insípidos (y dejo claro que no tengo, covid-19, ni omicron, ni alguna variante que me deje sin gusto ni olfato), pero señor paisa "SI NO QUIERE PERDER A SUS CLIENTES QUE DURANTE AÑOS LO HEMOS SEGUIDO...CAMBIEN URGENTE DE CHEF O COCINERA O ENSEÑENLE COMO PREPARAR LOS ALIMENTOS DE MANERA CORRECTA" pues quién está lo dejara sin clientela, recupere al paisa de antes y aunque parezca sin importancia, pero una salsa habanera en la mesa es un toque especial a nuestro paladar para algunos de sus comensales...lo que comparto lo hago con respeto...! Y pues ojalá que les sirva para mejorar...
I have known the paisa for many years and I have always believed that it is a good place to attend with the family, because their dishes had always been very pleasant, until this last time I attended....well, I had a lot to owe, well now They do not have the basic service of supplies at the tables and with respect to meals, with all due respect, they should change their cooks because the food is tasteless (and I make it clear that I do not have covid-19, or omicron, or any variant that leave me without taste or smell), but Mr. Paisa "IF YOU DON'T WANT TO LOSE YOUR CUSTOMERS THAT WE HAVE FOLLOWED YOU FOR YEARS... CHANGE YOUR CHEF OR COOK URGENTLY OR TEACH HIM HOW TO PREPARE FOOD CORRECTLY" because who is there will leave him without clientele, recover the paisa from before and although it seems unimportant, but a habanera sauce at the table is a special touch to our palate for some of its guests... what I share I do with respect...! And hopefully it will help you improve...

Solo había un mesero para todo el restaurante.
En cocina tardan porque son platillos preparados al momento.
En la entrada tienen el letrero de que aceptan todas las tarjetas pero en realidad no es cierto.
Siempre tienen el lugar muy limpio.
Ponen música a través de una rockola pero es al gusto del mesero y solo es banda de esas con groserias o tono de dolidos sin importar que no es apta para niños.

In the kitchen they take time because they are dishes prepared at the moment.
At the entrance they have the sign that they accept all cards but in reality it is not true.
They always keep the place very clean.
They play music through a jukebox but it is to the taste of the waiter and it is only one of those bands with rudeness or pained tones, regardless of the fact that it is not suitable for children.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, tardan horas! Para traer tu comida con solo 2 mesas ocupadas, cervezas tibias, ni hielo le ponen a la sangría, 3 camarones por coctel y con cascara aun, aparte de todo algunos platillos con porciones que no van con su precio, 0 estrellas, no vengan!
Terrible service, it takes hours! To bring your food with only 2 occupied tables, warm beers, not even ice for the sangria, 3 shrimp per cocktail and still with the shell, apart from all some dishes with portions that do not go with their price, 0 stars, do not come!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy mala experiencia, ya no es la calidad que tenían antes, servicio sumamente tardado, esperamos casi una hora para que nos llevaran los alimentos, la cerveza y el refresco tibios, no tenían salsa picante ( cuando en un restaurante de mariscos es lo que más se consume), no tenían limones, de verdad que tiempos aquellos cuando eran un puesto en plena orilla de la carretera que atravesaba Chapingo para llegar a Texcoco.
Definitivamente no regresaremos a ese lugar.
Very bad experience, it is no longer the quality they had before, extremely slow service, we waited almost an hour for them to bring us the food, the lukewarm beer and soft drink, they did not have hot sauce (when in a seafood restaurant it is what most consumed), they didn't have lemons, really those times when they were a stand on the edge of the highway that crossed Chapingo to get to Texcoco.
We will definitely not return to that place.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Por mucho tiempo fue mi lugar favorito para comer mariscos, pero quedé sorprendido ahora que regresé, tiempos de espera de más de 20 minutos para los platillos, el precio se ha elevado pero las porciones ahora son muchísimo más chicas que antes, el caldo de cortesía insípido, las bebidas calientes y no tuvieron hielos. En fin, por años fue mi lugar favorito pero han perdido un cliente.
