Me han abierto 3 veces un numero de seguimiento y aun no me regresan mi dinero por un producto que ustedes no tenian en existencia. su personal completamente inútil, no me sabe explicar el proceso y solo se echan la culpa entre áreas además de groseros y nunca me quieren pasar a su superior. Es lamentable!!! Que palacio de hierro te robe de esa manera! pero iré a la profeco. tengo todos los correos y llamadas grabadas. mis estados de cuenta en donde NO me han devuelto mi dinero.
Hey I have almost 3 months requesting a refund. They have opened a tracking number 3 times and they still have not returned my money for a product that you did not have in stock. their completely useless staff, they don't know how to explain the process to me and they only blame themselves between areas as well as being rude and they never want to pass me on to their superior. It is unfortunate!!! Let iron palace rob you like that! but I will go to the profeco. I have all the emails and calls recorded. my account statements where my money has NOT been refunded.
