The store located in Colonia Roma was for many years the only store of the famous original store in downtown.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't like shopping and wouldn't know most department stores from one another. However, I do know what customer service looks like and the staff here have it in spades. Everyone was super helpful & patient; they also took our lack of Spanish very kindly. Long story short I've had a lot worse shopping experiences even when everyone speaks the same language.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Bristo palacio has an outstanding menu the black tea on the menu is amazing. Had the roast beef on a baget with mustand off menu, try it guarantee you will not be disappointed. This place also serves amazing breakfast and craft coffees. On the first level look for the yellow doors.
