Ordered a washing machine and a dryer, they charged me and sent the ticket and everything, after a week I called to check the delivery date and turns out they don't have the products available! It's like a joke, honestly. Nobody apologized, the guy on the phone sounded super casual and like it happens all the time. I mean, who wants to shop like that? Adios, palacio

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ You'll know that by going to El Palacio de Hierro will have one of the best shopping experiences in Mexico as are one of the finest (maybe the most) stores nationwide.
Exclusive furniture, clothing, house decorating, a Ghandi book store. Fine wines, designer shoes well everything you may think of is at the Palacio.
And the reason why I rate the 5 ⭐ is mostly for the store staff. All of them salute you and offer assistance with courtesy and not exaggerating but also without a preconceived idea of who you are, definitely is something to mention ???.
