Rescate 6 perritos de la calle y los mandé con ellos para un baño en específico algo para los animalitos que traían, desparacitante y la primera vacuna. Me los regresaron bañandos pero despues De revisarlos, seguían con MUCHAS agarrapatas en todo el pelo y estaban vivas. Estuvo bien caro el servicio para que no lo hicieran bien. Despues me di cuenta que no me habían dejado la cartilla de vacunación, marque y les pregunte si podia pasar por ella. Me dijeron que solamente los “bañaron “ y tenia que hacer otra cita para la desparacitacion. No entiendo porque no me respetaron la cita anterior para las tres cosas, se tardaron como 5 horas con ellos y ni le hicieron todos los servicios. Me dijero que me iban a dar una promocion y pasarían hoy a las 3:00 para desparacitarlos y vacunarlos... ya son las 5:00 y no han llegado. No recomiendo esta veterinaria. Terrible service. I rescued 6 puppies from the street and I sent them with them for a specific bath, something for the animals they brought, dewormer and the first vaccine. They returned them to me with baths but after checking them, they still had a LOT of grippers in all their hair and they were alive. The service was very expensive so that they did not do it well. Later I realized that they had not left me the vaccination card, I checked and asked if I could go through it. They told me that they were only "bathed" and had to make another appointment for deworming. I do not understand why they did not respect the previous appointment for the three things, they took about 5 hours with them and they did not do all the services. They told me that they were going to give me a promotion and they would come by today at 3:00 to deworm them and vaccinate them ... it is already 5:00 and they have not arrived. I do not recommend this vet.

Muy amables y todo pero la primera vez que fuí me dieron mal diagnóstico de mi gato, pasaron 2 meses y tuve que acudir a otro sitio pues noté que mi gato otra vez le molestaba su ocico.. para no hacer el cuento largo tuve que poner en tratamiento a mis 4 gatos juntos, todos se contagiaron y tuvieron temperatura, la segunda vez iba por una urgencia el tiempo que perdí en que me atendieran lo pude haber salvado y no lo hice.... I thought I had changed to a good veterinarian ... Very kind and all but the first time I went they gave me a bad diagnosis of my cat, 2 months passed and I had to go to another place because I noticed that my cat was bothering his ocico again .. to cut a long story short, I had to put my 4 cats into treatment together, they all got infected and had a temperature, the second time I was going for an emergency, the time I lost in being treated, I could have saved him and I didn't. ...

Hable para preguntar por un Chihuahua y me dicen que no tienen, le pregunto si lo pueden conseguir y me dicen que no, le pregunto si entonces lo que dice su pagina de internet de que consiguen cualquier raza es mentira y me dijo que si. El servicio al menos telefonico es pesimo, lo que describen en su pagina es mentira, ya con eso se convierten en un negocio con el cual no tengo la menor intencion de tratar. The business website says they get any breed of animal. Talk to ask about a Chihuahua and they tell me they don't have it, I ask if they can get it and they say no, I ask if then what their website says they get any breed is a lie and said yes. The service at least telephone is pity, what they describe on their page is a lie, and with that they become a business with which I have no intention of dealing.
