★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is closed with locks, it seems like it's only open for private events. Would love to see the interior and get to know more about it's history, luckily I did a guided tour with Carlos from the Free Walking Tour (at plaza de armas, or at the gazebo) who explained a bit about it's history.
