★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tuve la oportunidad de ir en la semana de inauguración había mucha gente y el servicio fue muy bueno me atendió un mesero llamado Mohammed. Ahora vine y un mal servicio y muy tardado sigue siendo muy rico solo falta mejorar el servicio

I love to go at least once a week. All the kids take great care. Food and drink very rich.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fuimos clientes asiduos de papalote mucho tiempo. No se si sea solo esta sucursal o todas hayan cambiado sus porciones. Muy pobres para el costo tan elevado: 220 pesos dos taco con 4 cuadritos pequeños de carne.
El mesero (fidel, sino mal recuerdo el nombre) super amable y atento, se presento de inmediato, sirvió bebidas y estuvo muy al pendiente de nosotros, incluso se veía preocupado por la lentitud de la cocina.
La cocina es suuuuper lenta, sirvieron otras guarniciones a las incluidas sin preguntar, al pedir la corrección jamás lo entregaron.
El gerente de forma amable se acerco a la mesa a ofrecer un postre como cortesía, el cual nos llevamos y para colmo estaba en estado de putrefacción (tenia moho toda la parte de arriba).
El servicio en general es bueno, dos meseros fueron en extremo amables y atentos. Pésimo las porciones pequeñas por el precio, y el control de alimentos caducados.
We have been regular customers of papalote for a long time. I don't know if it's just this branch or all of them have changed their portions. Very poor for such a high cost: 220 pesos for two tacos with 4 small squares of meat.
The waiter (fidel, if I don't remember the name wrong) was super friendly and attentive, he showed up immediately, served drinks and was very attentive to us, he even seemed worried about the slowness of the kitchen.
The kitchen is suuuuper slow, they served other garnishes to those included without asking, when asking for the correction they never delivered it.
The manager kindly approached the table to offer a dessert as a courtesy, which we took and to top it off it was in a state of putrefaction (it had mold all over the top).
The service is generally good, two waiters were extremely friendly and attentive. Terrible small portions for the price, and control of expired food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy atento los meseros pero pues siento que por el precio de lo que te dan es muy escaso!! Pedimos un sampler y era literal 3 boneless 4 cheese sticks 4 totopos que se suponen eran nachos y unos jalapeños que dejaban mucho que desear... Y pues pedimos unas limonadas mineral y era más agua mineral que limón!!! Pero el lugar está muy bien y el trato está bien, solo la comida le falta!!!
The waiters are very attentive but I feel that for the price of what they give you it is very scarce! We ordered a sampler and it was literally 3 boneless 4 cheese sticks 4 tortilla chips that were supposed to be nachos and some jalapeños that left a lot to be desired... And well, we ordered some mineral lemonades and it was more mineral water than lemon!!! But the place is very good and the treatment is good, only the food is missing!!!
