Note que a los repartidores les hacen firmar el ticket con nombre completo y firma, aun antes de siquiera entregar el producto. Quizás sea más falla de la aplicación que de ellos

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A pesar que comer en el Papalote nos encanta (suscur Manzanares) esta experiencia en el Papalote express no ha sido de las mejores... llegué recoger el pedido 15 minutos más tarde de lo programado y no estaba listo... luego de pagar me dijeron:"espere en su auto, se lo llevamos".. nada, tuve que bajarme de nuevo porque no lo traian.. al llegar a casa nos encontramos que los pedidos no estaban como los habíamos ordenado.

Me hicieron el cargo, ellos Tuvieron un problema con su terminal y querían que yo pagará de nuevo a pesar de que le mostré el cargo de mi tarjeta y comprobante oficial del banco y amenazaban con descontarselo al cajero. Pará el gerente lo importante era lo que el pensaba, no las evidencias, no el cliente, no su equipo de trabajo, no la imagen de papalote. Supongo que la filosofía de papalote es esa y el gerente la encarna.
De calidad de comida y relación costo beneficio ni hablar pues el entregale de una empresa de servicios no es un producto sino un sentimiento y emoción. En este caso la experiencia del usuario fue terrible.
Terrible managerial care. They charged me, they had a problem with their terminal and wanted me to pay again even though I showed them the charge from my card and official bank receipt and threatened to deduct it from the cashier. For the manager, what was important was what he thought, not the evidence, not the client, not his work team, not the image of the kite. I guess that's the philosophy of papalote and the manager embodies it.
Not to mention food quality and cost-benefit ratio, because the delivery of a service company is not a product but a feeling and emotion. In this case the user experience was terrible.
