★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La comida es bastante buena y el precio es accesible, solamente me gustaría que hubiera un poco más de variedad, pero sin duda regresaré cada que vaya a Ixtlahuaca
The food is quite good and the price is affordable, I just wish there was a little more variety, but I will definitely return every time I go to Ixtlahuaca.

Lo que no me gustó fue (no sé si sea por el día que fui, último día de vacaciones) no había tanta variedad de platillos como uno esperaría de un bufete del tamaño del local donde están. Aún así el precio es razonable y la atención estuvo bien.
In hygiene and seasoning it is I think that of regulating to good service. What I did not like was (I do not know if it was for the day I went, last day of vacation) there was not as much variety of dishes as one would expect from a firm the size of the place where they are. Still the price is reasonable and the attention was fine.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Muy amplio, bien atendido. La comida buffet no me agradó por que todo está muy picoso, no apto para todo el público. Los postres más o menos, pero el café está pésimo por que no es café y lo tienen con canela y dulce. Seguramente es dolca.
Very spacious, well cared for. I did not like the buffet food because everything is very spicy, not suitable for the general public. The desserts more or less, but the coffee is lousy because it's not coffee and they have it with cinnamon and sweet. Surely it is dolca.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Poca variedad de platillos, algunos están un poco picantes y algunos platillos que son empanizados a mi paladar detecté un sabor a grasa reutilizada de varías frituras. Algunos platillos tienen muy buen sabor como los chiles poblanos rellenos de queso, los coditos a la hawaiana, los pays de queso y el flan muy buenos igual que las fresas con crema, el agua fresca de Hierbabuena exquisita y refrescante. El café horrible, no es café natural es café a la canela en polvo de el de frasco y además ya viene endulzado con exceso de azúcar. El empleado que nos tocó se nota claramente que es o principiante o tímido, ya que hasta para hablar se nota su timidez, le falta experiencia como trabajador. El precio del Buffet es muy económico.
