The waters are very good but the staff leaves much to be desired, it is understood that they are busy but courtesy must be paramount to the customer.

Además no tienen baño (o si tienen no dejan usarlo), y se supone que por ley debes de tener sanitarios si tu lugar es para consumir ahí. Very rude cashier, burlesque staff ... too bad. Pero los empleados son un asco, preguntarles que paletas tienen y te hacen una carota .... Pedirles x cosas super groseros ... La última vez que fui se estaban burlando por que quien sabe ... Pésimo servicio . Lastima que productos tan buenos la gente evite ir por los empleados . It seems to me they sell one of the best products in Durango (in my opinion) Super rich pallets, great variety of snow etc ... But the employees are disgusting, ask them what paddles they have and they make a face ... Asking them for super rude things ... The last time I went they were making fun of me because who knows ...
