★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wir waren vor Ort mit unserem 7 Monate alten Baby. Haben uns für 300 Pesos ein Strandbett mit Schirm gemietet (Bezahlung nur Bar, Essen kann mit der Kreditkarte bezahlt werden? Wieso?)
Als wir nach 5 Minuten bemerkt hatten, dass wir nicht genügend Babynahrung dabei hatten, machten wir den Mitarbeiter bei dem wir das Strandbett bezahlt hatten, darauf aufmerksam und baten darum uns das Geld für das Strandbett zurückzuerstatten, da wir zurück ins Hotel müssten. Der Mitarbeiter zeigte nur auf die Bändchen und verwies darauf, dass das Geld aufgrund des ausgehändigten Bändchens nicht zurückerstattet werden kann.
Nachdem ich ihn gebeten habe, dass wir morgen mit den Bändchen auch kommen würden, um nicht noch einmal 300 Pesos zu zahlen, wurde der Vorschlag abgelehnt, da die Bändchen lediglich einen Tag gültig seien.
Etwas mehr Zuvorkommen und Einsicht hätte ich mir bei so einer Situation schon gewünscht.
 We stayed with our 7 month old baby. We rented a beach bed with an umbrella for 300 pesos (cash only, food can be paid for with a credit card? Why?)
When we noticed after 5 minutes that we didn't have enough baby food with us, we pointed this out to the employee from whom we had paid for the beach bed and asked for the money for the beach bed to be refunded as we had to go back to the hotel. The employee just pointed to the wristband and pointed out that the money cannot be refunded due to the handed wristband.
After I asked him that we would also come tomorrow with the wristbands so as not to pay another 300 pesos, the suggestion was rejected because the wristbands were only valid for one day.
I would have wished for a little more courtesy and insight in such a situation.
