★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Están muy retirados de las paradas de autobuses el acceso sería más cómodo en vehículo automotor las calles a su alrededor estan muy dañadas del pavimento y del asfalto parece que en años no ha habido repavimentación ni rencarpetamiemto lo que hace que el vehículo automotor se dañe de los amortiguadores y suspensiones si vas a salir a diario manejando tu vehículo, no hay centros comerciales cercanos no hay bancos ni ATM de ningún banco que esté cerca todo esto queda hasta la vialidad Alfredo del Mazo es decir de diez a quince minutos en vehículo en camión pues calculando sería una media hora aproximada, los vecinos del lugar que son originarios de la delegación son muy amables y muy respetuosos. Es un buen lugar si deseas vivir en un lugar cercano a la Ciudad de Toluca y de Metepec y alegado del tráfico y del ruido urbano. Los departamentos están súper bien y vale la pena su precio de arrendamiento.
