Pedí 2 kilos y me pusieron 1.750 gramos.
Por varios años hemos comprado carnitas en este local, sabrosas, eso no lo pongo a discusión.
El domingo 23 de enero acudo por la mañana a comprar, pido 1 kilo de aldilla y 1 kilo de maciza. Me atienden con rapidez y amablemente. Quien despacha me muestra la carne que le solicito, pero antes de que termine de pesar la carne me distraigo, preguntando por las salsas y otras cosas.
Ese fue el error.
La señora que pone las salsas grita al de la caja que elabore una nota por 2 kilos.
Con todo esto considero que entendieron todos cuánto estaba yo pidiendo, no fue un descuido. Creo entonces, que es una práctica habitual poner menos de lo que uno pide.
Comentando el echo con unos familiares , me dicen que fueron a comprar una semana antes y que tuvieron la misma impresión, que les pusieron menos.
Yo tuve la fortuna de que al llegar a casa, mi esposa estaba usando una báscula de cocina y por curiosidad coloqué la bolsa y ¡oh sorpresa! 1 cuarto de kilo menos.
Regrese al local invirtiendo gasolina y tiempo.
Hablo con la señora que despacha las quesadillas y de inmediato, la amabilidad desaparece.
Me dice que me pusieron los dos paquetes iguales le digo que el peso está incompleto, me pide la nota, lo pesa en su báscula (otra que tiene aparte de la que tienen dónde despachan)
De mala gana le dice al que despacha que complete el faltante.
Sólo le faltaban 150 gramos me dice, le indico que eran 250 g, bueno ya se los puse contesta él.
A todo esto ni una disculpa, ni de él de de nadie, esto deja de manifiesto que puede ser una práctica habitual.
Con todo lo anterior me queda un mal sabor de boca y mucha desconfianza al comprar en este lugar.
Estén atentos para que no les pase lo mismo.
Y si al propietario le interesa esta opinión, bien podría poner las básculas al alcance de la vista o que los que despachan te enseñen el peso de la báscula para que no se den estás situaciones.

El mesero que quiso cobrar de más, aparece en las fotos. Pedí hablar con el dueño o gerente pero sólo salió una persona de cajas que no se identificó quien era.
